The Daily Telegraph nails it (and Winston Churchill does too)

In the October 8, 2011 London Daily Telegraph:  http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/telegraph-view/8813441/An-entire-system-of-global-trade-is-at-risk.html they wrote an article called "An entire system of global trade is at risk"

In this article, they quote Winston Churchill, who sounds like he is talking about today:

“Want of foresight,

unwillingness to act when action would be simple and effective,

lack of clear thinking,

confusions of counsel,

until the emergency comes,

until self-preservation strikes its jarring gong –

these are the features that constitute the endless repetition of history.”
